La scadenza per l’invio delle opere con cui si intende partecipare è stata fissata al 21 marzo 2016, la premiazione avverrà a Tropea sabato 28 maggio 2016. Gli autori che intendono partecipare devono attenersi scrupolosamente a tutte le norme del concorso, e devono inviare le opere al seguente indirizzo: prof. Si consiglia di leggere attentamente il Regolamento, perché, quest’anno ci sono alcune novità di rilevante importanza.
Il Premio Internazionale di Poesia “Tropea: Onde Mediterranee”, già giunto alla 13a edizione, ideato, fondato e curato dal prof. Pasquale De Luca, poeta e scrittore, come per lo scorso anno si articola in sei sezioni denominate onde, di cui la prima si suddivide in tre settori, quindi complessivamente comprende ben otto sezioni: Onda prima – poesia inedita in lingua italiana per alunni di scuola elementare, di scuola media inferiore e di scuola media superiore; Onda seconda – poesia inedita in lingua italiana, per adulti; Onda terza – poesia inedita in vernacolo (tutti i dialetti d’Italia); Onda quarta – poesia edita in lingua italiana (libro); Onda quinta – poesia inedita in lingua straniera (Europa e tutti i Paesi del mondo); Onda sesta – poesia inedita in lingua italiana, per adulti, e per alunni di ogni ordine di scuola senza limiti di età, con tema specifico: I valori della donazione e della vita (AVIS. Poesia per la vita).
Anche quest’anno è stata prevista una sezione a tema specifico: Onda sesta – AVIS. Poesia per la vita, che si avvale della collaborazione dell’AVIS Comunale di Tropea, il cui presidente, la sig.ra Caterina Forelli, attivamente coinvolta nella sensibilizzazione verso un tema di enorme importanza, è direttamente impegnata nella donazione e nell’azione sociale. A questa sezione possono partecipare anche gli alunni delle scuole di ogni ordine e grado senza alcun limite di età e, solo per loro, senza quota di partecipazione. Ciò per stimolare fra i giovani studenti un momento di riflessione sull’importanza del dono del proprio sangue utile per salvare altra vita umana. In sintesi: la vita dalla vita, la vita per amore della vita.
Il Premio è organizzato dall’Associazione “Tropea: Onde Mediterranee” che ha come fine principale quello di “promuovere l’amore per la poesia, diffondere la poesia, valorizzare l’arte poetica, far conoscere nuovi poeti e le loro opere in piena libertà espressiva e di pensiero senza condizionamenti ideologici, politici, religiosi, di nazionalità, o di altro genere”, articolo 4 dello Statuto.
Il Premio, che si distingue fin dall’inizio per serietà organizzativa, impegno nella ricerca della qualità, continuità e costanza nell’organizzazione, riceve gli apprezzamenti della stampa, del pubblico, dei critici e, soprattutto, degli autori che di anno in anno partecipano sempre più numerosi da ogni regione d’Italia, e anche dai Paesi fuori dell’Europa.

The association ” Tropea Mediterranean Waves ” presents the 13th edition of the International Poetry Prize “Tropea: Mediterranean waves”

At 5 o’clock in the afternoon in Tropea
Regulation . The international poetry prize:” Mediterranean waves “ is divided into the following sections:
Fifth wave: Poetry of the Europe and of the world, unpublished, written in one of the languages spoken in Europe or in the world, with facing-page translation. No age limit .
Sixth Wave: Poetry for life . Unpublished poetry, in Italian language, for authors and students of every school grades, with the theme: the values of donation and of life
You can participate with one or two poems, no more than thirty verses. You must send six copies typed on pc of each poem, only one must be signed by the author. The other copies, completely anonymous and without any sign of recognition, must contain only the text and the title of the poem. The envelope containing the work must include the compiled entry form. It would be appropriated to send a copy of each lyric by email to info@tropeaondemediterranee.it.
Fifth wave. It is mandatory the facing-page translation in Italian language and the indication on the signed copy of the country where the language is spoken. Sixth wave. The students of all school grades can participate. Their participation is free only if they indicate the name of their school.
It’s required a registration fee of 15 Euros for each section of the prize. It is allowed to participate in more sections, for each section you must send the contribution of 15 Euros. It can be paid in the following manner:

On the reason for payment it must be written the name of the participant and the section (or sections) in which he\she wants to subscribe himself/herself.

The lack of respect of one of the necessary requirements implicate the expulsion from the prize. The competitors must accept unconditionally this regulation and the judgment of the jury that is incontestable and unappealed. The unpublished winning poetry, if considered interesting, may be published in a book, which can be sold or sent to public and national libraries.
The authors’ partecipation to the final price will not involve any kind of burden for the organizers.

Trip for two people to the Aeolian Islands , picture offered by the artist Silvana Dell’Ordine, publication of a poetic work offered by the publishing house Meligrana, publication of a work by the publishing house Thoth, a stay for two people –full board- at the hotel Hipomea Club in Capo Vaticano and perfume “Water of the Gods”.
The winning authors will be informed in time about the place of the award ceremony. They are obliged to withdraw the prize personally. In any case the award will not be sent home .
